These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://www.renovatehousegroup.com and the home renovation services we provide across the United States. By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Site and services.

1. Definitions

• "Company," "we," "us" refers to Renovate House Group, headquartered at 30 Cedar Hill Rd, Milford, Connecticut 06461, USA.
• "Client," "you," "user" refers to any individual or entity using our Site or services.
• "Services" refers to all home renovation services listed on our Site, including but not limited to interior design, exterior renovation, roofing, solar, security, window installation, flooring, and bathroom remodeling.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or customer accounts
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any content from our Site without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from our Site

3. Services & Quotes

All quotes provided by Renovate House Group are estimates based on information supplied by the Client at the time of inquiry. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement after an on-site or virtual consultation. We reserve the right to revise quotes if project scope, materials, or site conditions differ from initial disclosures.

4. Project Scope & Change Orders

Each renovation project is governed by a written contract detailing scope, materials, timeline, and price. Any changes requested by the Client after contract signing will be documented as a "Change Order" and may result in adjusted pricing and timeline. Work on changes begins only after signed approval of the Change Order.

5. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% of the total contract value is due upon signing
• Milestone payments are due at predefined project stages
• Final payment is due upon project completion and handover
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• Financing plans are subject to third-party lender approval and terms

6. Warranties

Renovate House Group provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on standard renovation projects and a 10-year extended warranty on our Luxury Estate package. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters
• Normal wear and tear
• Materials supplied by the Client
• Modifications made by third parties after project completion

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Clients may cancel a project within 3 business days of signing the contract for a full refund minus administrative fees. After this period, deposits may be non-refundable to cover committed material and labor costs. Cancellations during active construction will be settled based on work completed up to the cancellation date.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information and site access
• Obtain necessary approvals from HOAs or local authorities where applicable
• Ensure the work site is safe and free of hazardous materials not disclosed
• Communicate any concerns promptly to the assigned project manager

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, 3D renderings, and designs — is the property of Renovate House Group and protected under U.S. copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Renovate House Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renovate House Group, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of third-party rights.

12. Privacy

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at privacy.html. Please review it to understand our data practices.

13. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as lenders, material suppliers, or smart home providers). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or performance of these third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Connecticut.
